The Vertical Foundation is a total body conditioning philosophy combining Pilates, Pole, & Aerial. This is the foundation pre-requisite course in the Vertical Art Athletics curriculum.

VERTICAL BARRE

Vertical Barre combines Corrective Dance Exercises, Ballet Barre, Pilates Ped-o-pull, Pole, & Aerial. Preparing pole & aerial athletes to safely achieve flexibility, strength, & artistry.

VERTICAL YOGA

Vertical Yoga supports pole & aerial lovers from the inside out, creating resilience of mind & body. Designed to help vertical athletes utilize yoga principles of movement, breath, & meditation to improve performance.

VERTICAL MOBILITY

Learn about the components of human anatomy and functional biomechanics that contribute to flexibility. Learn the 12 different types of mobility training & how it can be implemented into pole & aerial pedagogy.
